MCC students should develop or possess the following characteristics
during
their time here.
1. Show a strong sense of purpose
2. Exhibit a strong feeling of pride in the program and in his beliefs.
3. Is able to work as a member of a team
4. Displays a positive mental attitude
5. Provides leadership when asked or needed.
6. Possesses qualities of "followership"
7. Follows/carries out instructions.
8. Respects authority
9. Displays an instant and willing response to orders.
10. Develops self-discipline

Code
of Ethics
Personal
integrity is defined as a person's
strict adhering to a code or standard of values. Summed up in one word-
HONESTY.
One does what he knows is
right because it is right. 
This is very important to your son as an individual as well as a member
of his group. The decision to do what is right may be difficult due to
peer pressure, but he will learn to do it because it is the correct,
positive thing to do. MCC has developed a code of ethics/values to
guide him throughout the program and the rest of his life.

We
will not lie, cheat,
steal, or tolerate those who do. We will be responsible and accountable
for our actions and respectful to others. We will demonstrate pride,
loyalty, and honor.

Leadership
The definition of leadership is "the sum of those qualities of
intellect, human understanding, and moral character that allows a
person to inspire and control a group of people successfully".
Remember: having knowlege, understanding people, and doing what is
right because it is right are three qualities that will make a leader.
MCC's goal is to build young men who will, through loyalty and
willingness, accomplish any reasonable task given or indicated, or
initiate such in absence of order.
